Information on the Change of Registered Office of MEGA
As of 1 January 2026, the registered office of MEGA will change. This page serves as the official information for our customers, suppliers and other business partners so they can update their internal records and invoicing details in time.
New Registered Office
Effective from 1 January 2026, MEGA will have a new registered office:New registered office (from 1 January 2026)

The original Prague address will remain valid as the company’s registered office only until 31 December 2025:Current registered office (until 31 December 2025)

What Remains Unchanged
The change of registered office is a formal change in the Commercial Register. All other key company details remain unchanged:
- The Company ID (IČ) and VAT ID (DIČ) of MEGA do not change.
- The validity of already concluded contracts does not change.
- Existing delivery terms, service arrangements and ongoing projects remain unaffected.
How to Update Our Details
Please update our company details in your:
- internal systems and records,
- supplier or customer databases,
- invoicing and accounting systems,
- contractual documentation, if it includes the company’s registered office.
For proper issuance of documents, please use exclusively the new registered office listed above from 1 January 2026. Information about the change of registered office will also be stated on every invoice issued during the transitional period.
