We have rebuilt the first anaphoretic coating line in 1989 and became a part of surface treatment division of MEGA in 1992. Since 2000, MEGA–TEC is a subsidiary of MEGA and part of the MEGA group.

We're the designers and engineers of cataphoresis, powder and other industrial coating lines. We are processing stainless steel, steel and plastics as well. All manufacturing is certified by ISO 9001.

We’re providing service for the whole lifetime of our technology or any similar. If required, technology operation can be outsourced as well.

We develop, manufacture and provide high-quality tailor-made solutions for surface treatment lines. Thanks to many years of experience, we will design and optimize partial parts or complete industrial lines for surface treatment in order to increase your work productivity and strengthen competitiveness. We also modernize and rebuild existing surface treatment technologies.

We produce our own EFC boxes with RALEX® membranes for cataphoretic paint shops. Ion-selective RALEX® membranes are also used in other industrial applications, including energy and food industries.

The process begins with your specification or needs. We provide the design and engineering, manufacture the technology, assemble and startup at your facility. There is a strong warranty and post-warranty service to complement your technology and ensure it will be up and running as you need it. If required, we can also outsource the management of the technology for you.

In case you already have a running technology but are not satisfied with its performance, we can audit it and together work on refurbishment.

Utilizing the experience with electro-separation membranes development since 1985, this is the best EFC cell membrane. Market’s best permeselectivity and low electrical resistivity ensure ideal pH recovery in the bath. Manufacturing using our unique automatic welding equipment allows us to provide four years of warranty for the membrane itself.

BWI GROUP

Complete EC line

In 2016 MEGA-TEC has supplied a ccomplete EC line for the czech subsidiary of BWI GROUP. The tact line also includes afterburner and neutralization station and is used for industrial coating of autmotive shock absorbers.

The step by step line with pretreatment and electrocoating bath uses a "Walking beam" conveyor above each technological section. During a single tact all suspensions change their position while retaining variable function times of each operation.

Inspections to gather hands-on data together with overall parameters monitoring bring necessary information to ensure reliable performance.
