HISTORY AND PRESENT TIME

History

MEGA a.s. was founded on 31 March 1992. Its profile and tradition have been developing since 1975 when a new section was established by the general director of Czechoslovak uranium industry (ČSUP) – independent organizational unit of Central laboratories of ČSUP. This independent unit performed laboratory analysis and technical research for the entire uranium industry. In the next years the laboratories started to perform larger number of analysis, which focused especially on analysis of water, air, soil and waste.

In 1991 the laboratories became independently incorporated. They transformed to MEGA a.s. one year later. This process allowed enlarging the amount of offered services. The company started to utilize its experiences in own production and began to produce complete technological complexes corresponding with customers´ wishes.

Present time

MEGA a.s. is now a flexible, constantly developing company and its activities are focused on following basic areas:

• treatment and modification of water and industrial solution, membrane technologies, production of ion exchange membranes
• complete deliveries and services of PPG products
• complex ecological services

Solution itself is ensured in a complex form, it means from the initial analyses, their interpreting and variation solutions through a project processing to final supplies of technologies or other products.
