Ing. Luboš Novák, Ph.D.
Managing Director and the Sole Member of the Board of Directors

He was born in Pokratice 6.9. 1947. In 1971 he graduated from VŠCHT Prague in physical chemistry specialization, subject technical analytical and physical chemistry. In 1973-76 he graduated in scientific aspirature. In 1971-1972 he was a worker in SCHZ Lovosice. From 1972 to 1976 he worked in VÚAnCH Ústí nad Labem as a scientist, and then as an independent research worker. In 1976 he worked in VÚUP, where he graduated in the „Technology of uranium elaboration” course and later in the postgraduate study of “Water technology” at VŠCHT. At VÚ ČSUP he first worked as an ordinary research worker, later as the leading research worker and the head of environmental department, from 1981 as the head of membrane processes. Then he became the director of state enterprise (1990). On 1 February 1993 he was appointed the general director of MEGA a.s. He also became the chairman of MEGA a.s. In this position he has been up to now. Mr. Novak is an author or co-author of more then 20 patents, especially in the field of membrane processes and he is an author and co-author of more than 100 research reports.
Ing. L. Novák is a founder of electro-membrane processes in CR and he is the chairman of the Czech membrane society.

Anna Jandošová
Head of the logistics department

She graduated from SPŠO Prostějov. In 1981 she started working as a team leader in OU Cvikov. She has worked in MEGA a.s. since 1994. Currently she is the Head of the Logistics department. She became a member of the Supervisory Board in 2005.

RNDr. Jaroslav Hrabal
Director of the Ecology Division

He was born on 26 July 1961 in Přerov. He graduated from at Physical science faculty MU Brno, subject geochemistry. In 1986 he obtained a doctorate (geochemistry and basic and bearing geochemistry). In 1984 he started working in UL ČSUP, then in MEGA a.s. In 1995 he became an assistant of the Head of environmental audits, in 2000 a division assistant. Now he is the Director of the Ecology division. He has been working in the company for 21 years. He specializes in: engineering of sanitations, supervisory activities for FNM ČR, MŽP ČR, geology and geotechnology, mineralogy-geochemistry evaluation. He was awarded The Holder of professional competence certificate E.I.A., The Holder of certification MH ČR according to ČNR No. 62/1988 in the field of hydrogeology- underground water protection, The Holder of PC arc/info certificate.

Ing. Miroslav Matuška
Manager of surface treatement division

He was born on 28 February 1964 in Nové Město na Moravě. In 1987 he graduated from VŠCHT Pardubice, the department of special inorganic materials and branch of chemical technology of metal and spec. inorganic mat. He graduated in postgraduate study branch of environmental protection from the same university. In 1988 he started working for ČSÚP, where he worked as an engineer for uranium technologies, and then he became a member of the projects group of modern membrane technologies. In 1991 he became the Head of the project department in v.o.z. GEAM Dolní Rožínka, where he dealt with projects realization and supplies of membrane technologies – ED and EFC. In March 1992 he moved to MEGA a.s. as the Head of electrophoretic technologies and after training in the field of materials (EC services) in PPG he became the project manager and supervisor of engineering services for KTL (PPG products). From 1995 he worked as the Director of electrophoretic division in MEGA a.s. In 2000 some conceptual changes of PPG cooperation took place and the Division of Surface Finishing was founded.

Ing. Libor Nejedlý
Director of the Membrane Processes Division

He was born on 17 November 1971 in Česká Lípa. He graduated from electro technical faculty ČVUT, databases systems department. He has worked for MEGA a.s. since 1995 and held the functions of the consultant for economic system implementation, IT supervisor and the head of ecological and GIS centre. In 1999 he became the director of marketing department. He also graduated in long term marketing courses (CIMA-A a CIMA-B). He has worked as the director of DMP in MEGA a.s. since 2002. He is responsible for activities in the field of membrane processes.

Mgr. Světlana Adamová
Director of the central marketing

She was born on 5 May 1972 in ČL. She graduated from J.E. Purkuně university in Ústí nad Labem (teaching of general subjects: Czech, German). She taught at Gymnasium Mimoň for six years. She started working for MEGA a.s. in 2001 as an assistant of a division Director and since 2004 she has been working as the Director of the Central Marketing department.
