RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

MEGA a.s., at present mainly the producer of heterogeneous ion-exchange membranes and supplier of complete membrane technologies (ED, EF, ME, RO, MF, UF), engages continuously in development and innovation activities.

MEGA a.s. is contractually engaged in research projects of national and international cooperation, supported by the Government of the Czech Republic within the programs to support applied research in small and middle companies or carried out by the European Union within the Fifth and Sixth Framework Programmes. Participating in these particular project, the company cooperates with many European institutions, both academic and industrial.

The research intention in the field of membranes include the heterogeneous ion-exchange membranes, the pressure and electro-membrane technologies and also the independent branch of alternative energy sources.
